FutureConsultants (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides study-abroad and visa consultancy services to students in Pakistan. This policy explains what information we collect through futureconsultants.co, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We keep this short and specific to what this site actually does — not a generic template.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you submit our consultation form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the country or university you're interested in, plus any message you write. All of these fields are provided voluntarily by you.
Information collected automatically. When you submit the form, we also record the page you submitted it from, the marketing campaign that brought you to the site (if any, via UTM parameters), and your IP address at the time of submission. This helps us route inquiries correctly and detect spam. Our hosting provider (Vercel) also keeps standard server logs of site visits for security and reliability purposes, independent of the form.
Cookies. This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Two third-party services we use may set their own cookies or use similar device-identification techniques, described below: hCaptcha (on every page with our form) and Google Analytics (only if and when we have analytics enabled).
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your consultation request and answer your questions
- To recommend suitable countries, universities, and visa services
- To detect and block spam or automated form submissions
- To understand which pages and marketing campaigns bring us genuine inquiries
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to your inquiry.
4. Who we share it with
Your information passes through a small number of services required to run this site and respond to you:
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) verifies that form submissions come from a human, not a bot. It may process your IP address and browser characteristics as part of that check. See hCaptcha's privacy policy.
- Google Workspace / Gmail delivers your form submission to our team by email. This is the only place your submission is stored — we do not keep a separate database of leads.
- If you choose to message us on WhatsApp instead of the form, that conversation is governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) own privacy policy, not this one.
- Google Analytics, if enabled on this site, would process anonymized usage data (pages visited, general location, device type) under Google's privacy policy. We do not currently run any advertising retargeting or remarketing pixels.
We never share your name, email, phone number, or message with universities, embassies, or third-party agents without your knowledge as part of progressing your actual application.
5. How long we keep it
Form submissions arrive by email and stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to assist you — there is currently no separate database, so deleting the email is how a submission is removed from our systems. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete the corresponding email and any notes taken from it.
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, by emailing Abuzarabid024@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
7. Security
This site is served over HTTPS, and your form submission is transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps — including bot-verification and rate-limiting on our form — to protect the information you share with us.
8. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for prospective university students (typically 17 years and older) and their families. We do not knowingly collect information from young children.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
