These terms govern your use of futureconsultants.co and the consultancy services FutureConsultants provides. By submitting our contact form, messaging us on WhatsApp, or engaging us as a client, you agree to these terms.
1. What we do
FutureConsultants is a study-abroad and travel consultancy focused on Europe. We help students research European countries and universities, prepare and submit study-visa applications, and — separately — we assist with airline ticket bookings.
2. No guarantee of admission, visa, or outcome
Admission decisions are made solely by universities, and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate, or immigration authority. We prepare and submit applications on your behalf and advise you to the best of our knowledge and experience, but we do not control, and cannot guarantee, the outcome of any admission or visa application. Any figures on this site describing our track record (success rates, students placed, or similar) describe our general experience and are not a promise about your individual case.
3. Fees and payment timing
You pay nothing upfront. Our consultancy fee is only ever requested at two points:
- After your admission is secured — once a university has issued you an official offer/acceptance letter, we request our first consultancy fee.
- After your visa is approved — once your student visa or residence permit is granted, we request our second and final consultancy fee.
We do not charge for the initial consultation or for preparing and submitting your application, and we do not request any payment on trust before either milestone above is actually reached.
We never collect your tuition. University tuition and admission fees are paid directly by you to the university's own bank account — our consultancy fee is separate from, and does not include, university tuition, embassy or visa application fees, biometric fees, courier costs, translation costs, or airline ticket prices. Those third-party fees are set and collected by the relevant university, embassy, or vendor, are outside our control, and are subject to change without notice by that third party. We will confirm our own current consultancy fee amount with you directly before requesting either payment. Fees paid to third parties (embassies, universities, airlines) are governed by that third party's own refund policy, not ours.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
- Respond to our requests for documents or clarification in a timely manner — delays on your end can delay or jeopardize your application.
- Understand that misrepresenting information on an admission or visa application is your legal responsibility, and can result in rejection or a future travel ban imposed by the relevant authority.
5. Third-party services
Universities, embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, and airlines each operate under their own rules, timelines, and policies, which change independently of us. We do our best to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we are not responsible for changes a third party makes to its own requirements, fees, or processing times after we publish it.
6. Website content
Country and university information on this site is provided for general guidance and is verified against official sources where possible, but requirements can change. Always confirm final requirements with us or directly with the relevant institution or embassy before making a decision based on this site alone.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design, and layout of this website belong to FutureConsultants. You're welcome to share links to our pages; please don't copy our content wholesale for your own commercial use without asking us first.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, FutureConsultants is not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost tuition deposits, lost travel bookings, or lost income — arising from a delayed, rejected, or changed decision made by a university, embassy, or other third party. Our liability for our own consultancy services is limited to the consultancy fee you paid us for the specific service in question.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, where FutureConsultants is based.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. Continued use of this site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
