Baltic International Academy
One of the largest private higher education institutions in Latvia, founded in 1992, offering short-cycle, bachelor and master programmes. Its English-taught degrees are concentrated in business, tourism, finance and economics — the academy’s law, psychology and social science programmes are taught in Latvian or Russian rather than English.

Admission Requirements
- ✓Secondary education certificate (bachelor) or degree certificate with supplement (master)
- ✓English at B2 — IELTS 5.5 overall with 5.5 or above in every band
- ✓Passport copy and photograph
- ✓Non-refundable application fee of €250 for applicants outside the EU/EEA/UK
- ✓Refundable security deposit of €500
- ✓Document verification by the Latvian Academic Information Centre, which can take up to 4 months — start early
- ✓Autumn intake: apply by 1 June. Spring intake: applications open 1 August
