A specialist college in Riga delivering first-level professional higher education in law and adjacent administrative fields. The Law programme is 132 ECTS over 2–2.5 years and awards the qualification of lawyer’s assistant — a recognised first step toward a legal career, not an LLB. Students visit the Saeima, the courts, the Prosecutor’s Office and the Land Register as part of the programme.

Admission Requirements
- ✓Copy of secondary education certificate and passport, plus three 3×4 photographs
- ✓English language certificate, followed by the college’s own short online language test
- ✓Online interview on Zoom before documents go for verification
- ✓Application and Academic Information Centre document verification fee: €300 total
- ✓Non-EU applicants must transfer the full first-year tuition before the invitation is issued
- ✓Autumn intake (October start): apply 2 March – 31 August. Spring intake (February start): apply 1 September – 31 January
