A small state-accredited college operating since 2017. It currently offers a single study programme — Tourism Service Organisation — as a short-cycle higher vocational qualification (EQF/LKI level 5) completed in two years, in English or Latvian. Graduates receive a diploma of professional higher education plus a professional qualification; this is not a bachelor’s degree.

Admission Requirements
- ✓Secondary education certificate with transcript (notarised English translation if not in English or Latvian)
- ✓English at B2 (CEFR), plus the college’s own online English test and a Skype interview
- ✓Passport or ID card
- ✓Non-refundable registration fee of €300 (€200 for applicants from Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan)
- ✓Refundable security deposit of €500, returned only on completing the full two-year programme
- ✓Bank statement showing €8,400 for the residence permit, plus apostilled police clearance
- ✓Visa applicants: apply by 30 July (autumn intake) or 30 November (spring intake)
